The phenomenon of microdistilleries is still fairly young in Quebec, but it is expanding rapidly. This series presents the perfect occasion to discover them, as well as the regions in which they are thriving.

Throughout informal meetings with master distillers, we learn more about their journey, and about the particularities of each distillery and their product lines.
