The phenomenon of microdistilleries is still fairly young in Quebec, but it is expanding rapidly. This series presents the perfect occasion to discover them, as well as the regions in which they are thriving.

Why "40%"?

Because of the quality of local products;
To prove that it is possible to garnish your home bar with 100% local;
To discover this land and its history;
For the importance of time spent in good company.

Throughout informal meetings with master distillers, we learn more about their journey, and about the particularities of each distillery and their product lines.
